Position Available: Youth Recreation Coach (Fall/Winter Seasonal Position)

The Richland Center Parks and Recreation Department is looking for enthusiastic and reliable individuals to fill seasonal fall/winter positions as a Youth Recreation Coach. Workers must be 16 years of age.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help organize and lead youth sports and enrichment programs

- Teach fundamental sports skills and rules

- Emphasize and model good sportsmanship in youth activities

- Ensure equal playing time for all participants

- Work in cooperation with all staff to create fun, exciting programs for kids of all ages

- Care for all equipment and supplies
