Responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the airport within the authority vested through the City of Richland Center and in accordance with FAA Part 139 and Part 107 regulations. To report any and all matters to the Mayor of the City of Richland Center, the City Clerk and/or the Chairperson of the Richland Center Property Committee.

Face Mask Policy

The Richland Municipal Airport has implemented a face-covering (mask) policy to combat the spread of pathogens. This policy requires that all persons wear a mask, in accordance with Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines and Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requirements, as applicable, at all times while in all public areas of the Richland Municipal Airport property, except to the extent exempted under those requirements. This Face Mask Policy shall be in place until Executive Order 13998, Promoting COVID-19 Safety in Domestic and International Travel, is no longer effective.
