In Person: The Richland Center Community Center (1050 N Orange) is open from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday.

Rented in three (3) time blocks:

• 6:00am - 11:00am
• 11:30pm - 4:30pm
• 5:00pm - 10:00pm

$60 (per time block)

$70 (per time block) *On Friday's last time block (5-10pm), Weekends & Holidays

$15 (per hour)

Included in your rental: tables, chairs, a garbage can and keys.

Additional Rental Fees

• A/V Equipment (Projector) – $15
• Message on the Outdoor Sign – $15
• Alcohol Deposit – $500  *Permit must be obtained from the office*

Penalties

• Equipment/Chairs/Tables not put away – $200 minimum/hour
• Facility not clean – $200 minimum/hour
• Keys that are not picked up during normal office hours – $50
• Keys not returned – $500
